Our sight glasses are constructed with 316L stainless steel and high-purity borosilicate glass, meeting FDA and EHEDG standards for sanitary applications.. 

3.  Are your sight glasses compatible with CIP/SIP processes? 
Yes, all our hygienic sight glasses are designed for full Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) compatibility.

4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
