Sanitary safety valve, also known as"pressure relief valve", is used to control pressure in process 
pipeline and tank system .

The spring can set the pressure. Under the normal working pressure, the valve is close; 
When the pressure of system beyond the set pressure, the valve will be open. the valve plug will lift and
